MInivan Express

Every year at Christmas time, we try to drive around town and look at the lights that people have put on their houses.  This year, Andrea spiced it up and made it twice as fun.  She made tickets for the boys and hid them on the tree.  I helped them find their tickets and we got bundled up to go for a ride on the Minivan Express.  The boys presented their tickets to the conductor (Grandpa punched their tickets just like in the movie)

We all enjoyed our popcorn, cookies, cider and hot cocoa as we drove around and looked at all the lights.  There was a wonderful presentation at the church that played videos and had a light show that went along to music you could here if you turned to the right station on your car radio.  It was pretty cool. The boys had a wonderful time.  The outing was a smashing success.  We hope to make it a holiday tradition.
